
ABOUT N-QADA
North Queensland Academy of Dramatic Arts, N-QADA was established in 2002 to create a speech, drama and theatre training school for students in Cairns from grade 3 to grade 12 and beyond. Drama is the students chance to do, to create, to take control of ideas and change, develop and manipulate them to best suit their priorities and goals. N-QADA is committed to teaching young people and adults through the sharing of ideas, laughter, respect, discipline in a
supportive environment and that there is no limit to their own unique potential.

| Melanie Brierley Melanie takes the Tuesday Speech and Drama classes. She has worked with N-QADA over many years. Melanie has directed and co-directed most of the N-QADA Youth Theatre shows. She brings a wealth of experience not only in presentation work but in her ability to assist students with writing skills for monologues, speech and poetry. She has also written her won play – Chalk and Cheese which her past students have performed. |
